We recommend you to try the famous Khala Pora, which is succulent Postu (Poppy Seeds) marinated with Bengali mustard and prepared in a Sal leaf along with Kasha Mangsho (Meat) of local country chicken marinated and cooked with spices and herbs from our kitchen at The Palace, Jhargram.
