Dining

We cater to the locavore, Farm to table and locally sourced products are expected at every dining occasion. Menu items native to the area along with Traditional Bengali Food prepared by hereditary Thakurs (royal cooks) are served in the Dining Room.

We recommend you to try the famous Khala Pora, which is succulent Postu (Poppy Seeds) marinated with Bengali mustard and prepared in a Sal leaf along with Kasha Mangsho (Meat) of local country chicken marinated and cooked with spices and herbs from our kitchen at The Palace, Jhargram.
