Reservation Policy

• Full payment required at the time of reservation.
• Food & Beverage payment can be done at the time of check-out.

Cancellation Policy

• Full refund will be made for bookings cancelled due to Governmental orders & VIP movements.
• No refund & rescheduling if cancellation is done within 72 hrs of check-in.
• Reservations can be rescheduled in case of natural calamity or disaster, civil disturbance, suspension of services related to transportation, etc., or other circumstances beyond our control.
• Management shall not be responsible in any matter whatsoever for any delay or inconvenience to the passengers during the journey either due to the breakdown of the vehicle or due to any other cause/unforeseen circumstances.
